When Conan Chase (Beau Butler) gets a call from his stepbrother Isaac Saunders (Mason Lear) and hears that Isaac's wife Rebecca left him, Conan doesn't waste any time getting to his stepbrother's side even if it means going to Klamvil -- a town that now has a serial spike in crime.
