Ryan Irwin (Jack Waters) is a stressed out year one law student. When his parents noticed he was losing weight and resting poorly at night, they sent him to a mind, wellness, and balance retreat. There he meets Paul Portnoy (Cliff Jensen), a wellness professional who teaches Ryan there's more to life than grades and the work grind.
